What is the warranty on my new glasses?

All glasses come with a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty against workmanship and material defects, unless otherwise stated. Any warranty returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by emailing RMA@visio-rx.com. Return shipping in the case of warranty claims are paid for by Visio-Rx.com.

What is your refund policy/No Quibble Guarantee?

You have the option to return your glasses within 7 days of receipt, subject to a restocking fee in the case of upgrades. Before you send any items back, please obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number first by emailing RMA@visio-rx.com.

Glasses must be in unused condition, and accompanied by all free accessories included (e.g. hard case, microfiber cloth, 3-in-1 tool, keychain, etc.).

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless decided otherwise by Visio-Rx. For more detailed information, please see our warranty and return policy.

What is the 125% lowest price guarantee?

It's simple, really: If you find an identical frame and lens by the same brand for a lower price within 1 month of your purchase, you are entitled to a refund of 125% of the price difference. That's how confident we are that we have the absolute lowest prices!

What if the glasses are damaged upon receipt?

If in the rare event that your glasses arrive in your mailbox damaged, simply email us at RMA@visio-rx.com to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending the glasses back to us. The choice is yours whether we refund the price of your glasses, or exchange your glasses for free.
