CMS BE001 - Commission Status Mangement

Commissions in StylistPro have 3 types of status.

Holding (if sales order status is 'pending'): commission is not payable to Stylist yet (will appear in 'my comissions'; will not appear in 'my transaction history')

Completed (after sales order has been paid -> in process). Commission is payable to stylist (will appear in both 'my comissions' and in 'my transaction history')

Cancelled (will be deducted in both 'my comissions' and 'my transaction history')

The 'completed' status need to be activated though this function (or though a server cron job).

This function does the following:

Review all orders which have any of the checked statuses.

If a sales order has any of those statuses, then commission invoice status will be changed to 'completed'
